We’re Blessed to Give Inc., a volunteer-run nonprofit helping other nonprofits succeed. By using our website (www.blessedtogivehub.org) or working with us, youagree to the following:

What We Provide – Pro bono guidance with 501(c)(3) setup, fundraising, grant writing, compliance, scholarships, workshops, nonprofit discounts, and more. We only charge a small admin fee when necessary.

Not Legal Advice – We’re here to educate and guide, but we are not your lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor. Always double-check with a licensed professional for legal or tax matters.

– You agree to use our services honestly, follow the law, and provide accurateinformation when applying for membership or support.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for nonprofit organizations, individuals, and groups seeking support in nonprofit formation, compliance, grant writing, fundraising, education, and related services. By using our Site or Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Blessed to Give Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 88-0720587) offering pro bono support services, including but not limited to:
– IRS 501(c)(3) formation and compliance support
– Grant writing and fundraising guidance
– Nonprofit educational resources and workshops
– Access to nonprofit discounts and digital tools
– Scholarships for eligible organizations

We provide our Services on a volunteer basis, with only minimal administrative
fees as applicable.
